Copy and paste the team rosters in New threads. Change your username to match the teams. Good luck and enjoy. Be sure to read the Covid 19 contract extension rules and determine which players and ifa your team drafted or dradted and pist those.

for the new GM's, you can click master spreadsheet at the top of proboards and it will take you to the excel sheet where all teams are listed and their player rosters and contracts.

Make sure you take the time to read and understand the rules regarding minors, trades, UFA, IFA and MiLB posting and bidding, droppibg players and the salary cap implications. Then determine your roster. New GMs normally get 2 free drops.
