Now that the first two weeks are in the books, week three opens the door to unlimited players submitted, but please use discretion so I'm not swamped with 300 players. lol
The first two weeks had 26 and 25 players up for bid and it worked out great.
Second point:
Please note that 0.4 contracts are 1 - 2 years and they outrank a 0.4 PP contract.
0.5-0.7 contracts can be three years maximum.
For four years or more, they must be 0.8 minimum to avoid seeing illegal bid posted.

Good catch Cam and it is up to the team owners to drop their players on fantrax. The commissioner's office handles transactions on the spreadsheets, but each owner is responsible for adding or waiving players on their own team for fantrax.
Note: Only players signed in real life are eligible for bids. Teams have to wait until they sign in real life before they can be put up for bids in any week. I noticed Taijan Walker is listed and he is ineligible at the moment for week three.

Not sure Riley Greene is available, cause I'm not sure, despite a horrible trade during the offseason, that Detroit ever had a functioning GM and Greene was their top draft choice. Emails to the Detroit GM have gone unanswered. Baltimore in a similar state. Think the other UFAs are legit.

Both Detroit and Baltimore will have the commissioner's office choose their draft picks and international signings, so both teams aren't penalized for lethargy on the part of new owners.That should have been done when they claimed the teams during their open window, which makes OF: Riley Greene ineligible for bids in week three. He was Detroit's top pick in the 2019 draft and should be on their roster.
